Preparing for College Interviews

I'm going to my first college interview. What should I expect? Do you have any tips?

Chuck Schaeffer, Pennsylvania Guidance Counselor

Your first interview will be the most difficult, only because you will be trying so hard to make a good impression. While you are doing that remember to be yourself. Schools would rather have a diverse population than a phonies who do not stand for anything. Be prepared by reviewing literature so that you do not ask questions that are available in print. Yes you should interview the school as well. This the place you will be spending the next years of your life, the place you will refer to as "home". Make sure that it will become that. Be yourself, confident in your abilities and you will do fine.
